ClearPath Utility Solutions hired to fusE 28,400 feet of 12” DIPS SDR 11 HDPE Pipe

A McElroy 618 Roller and a 618 TracStar were incorporated for the project. The 618 Roller provided for quicker mobilization for some of the remote tie-in’s, while the 618 TracStar provided faster set-up and alignment times.

While on site, ClearPath completed 11 bores ranging from 60’ to 260’ placing the 12” HDPE with 2 of the bores requiring 20” HDPE casing. On one occasion a 1,000’ section of the 12” HDPE was pulled through a 260’ bore utilizing a Vermeer 20x22.
